On the path of sustainable development of Textile, RMG and Footwear industry, increase, decrease and transformation of all the modern day capitals for achieving stakeholders’ satisfaction in sustainable manner is the key challenge. The integrated thinking approach identifies six capitals for an organization which are financial, manufactured, intellectual, human, social and relationship, and natural capitals. Business activities at the organization create value, use and transform these capitals for generating right outcomes for the company. In a world where risks are multi-dimensional, resources are scarce, competition is fierce and opportunities are enormous, proper training and capacity building is must for achieving stakeholders’ satisfaction.
