This workshop is design to enable the participants to learn QC problem-solving methods intensively, which are considered as key factor in Japanese way of TQM. This workshop will ensure that participants improve their own ability to resolve quality problems in their workplaces.
This workshop will be equally beneficiary for employees working in manufacturing / engineering / service industries. This workshop will boost up the self-awareness among the participant & make them capable to reduce poor quality & increase Right First Time.
Objective of this workshop
- Participant will be equipped with the knowledge and application of QC Tools
- The ability to participate in understanding and resolving the problem with equipped methodology and tools for root cause analysis and solutions.
- Practical scenarios – case studies – exercises will ensure the achievement of participant’s competence in problem solving.
