Introduction:

The term “Merchandiser defined as a Person who do buying and selling of goods for the purpose of making a profit.In the real case a merchandiser has to work with varieties of situation & handle all of these situation carefully with confirming the commercial benefit of the organization. It is important for every merchandiser whether from factory or buying house to improve their knowledge about whole business chain from product development to shipment. Merchandising is a profession that is full of responsibilities & challenges to meet consumer needs & demands.

Managing & coordinating commercial & logistic issues are important for a merchandiser. As a merchandiser everyone has to understand commercial terms & conditions like payment terms, purchase order, booking, invoice, packing list, delivery challan, managing lead-time & so on. Merchandisers should have analytical & managerial skill, they have to manage & give all kind of logistic support to internal & external team in all stage related to the industry. The clear understanding of commercial facts will help merchandiser to build up their career.
