This training would impart a systematic and thorough introduction to all aspects of project management. Projects are an increasingly important aspect of modern business, henceforth, its management. The learning underlines the importance of the relation between projects and the strategic goals of an organization. The training would cover the technical, managerial, cultural, and interpersonal skills necessary to successfully manage projects from start to finish. It emphasizes that project management is a professional discipline with its own tools, body of knowledge, and skills.

A special focus will be given on effective leadership in typically quite heterogeneous teams in a project. The learning critically would explore the success factors those contribute to time and cost overruns and potentially to the failure of a project.
