Innovation Black Belt
The industry is in the hour of transformation, realizing the need Textile Today Innovation Hub is thriving Innovation in the textile and apparel industry to help the sector and its businesses craft the ways to transformation. Innovation Black Belt will create professionals who will go through extensive training and real hands-on problem-solving experience in different particular areas of the Textile & Apparel Industry.
The pathway of achieving the black belt will engage the participants with 128 hours of extensive training and 128 hours of industry problem-solving experience on specific problem statements existing in the textile & apparel industries.
Each Black Belt participant will work in an Innovation Team which includes 1 Industry Expert, 1 Industry Supervisor, 1 Academic Supervisor & also himself/herself. An Industry Expert will guide the participant to accomplish the project activities in a factory assigned by Textile Today Training. TTT has already set a complete strategy for the whole project accomplishment systematically. The designed strategy will holistically guide both the participant and the project in a systematic problem-solving approach.
The training courses will prepare participants to achieve their own, departmental and company KPIs (Key Performing Indicators)
