In the context of continuous changes in global market and trade dynamics, the T&A industry of Bangladesh is facing extremely low profitability due to poor capacity utilization of man machine and other resources. Mid-level management is reportedly less innovative and has the lowest production value ($3.4 per hour) among key competitors.
